.........and who said it would be easy!
It sneaks up so silently.......before you know it's there! And the scales sighs everytime you get on to it!
Yes, I am talking about fat! Flabby, plumpy, cuddly.......no matter what you say.......it is not nice! I want to like myself when I look into the mirror....and at the moment I'm afraid I dont!
But the positive side of this is that I can already fit into clothes that were verrrrry tight on me! And that is a good feeling!
I am looking forward to a new wardrobe, I better looking and healthier me......
So tomorrow morning it is weigh in time again.........and hopefully it will be a loss and not a gain!
