Cape Town,,,,,,,,,,,,,,family.........and friends!

We decided to extend the Easter break and went to Cape Town for a wonderful 2 week holiday.  It was so nice to catch up with friends and family......and grandchildren!

We spent quality time with The Barry's and the De Sousa's........did a bit of the touristy things like The Waterfront and the winefarms.  We drove around Houtbay, had lunch at the harbour, drove over Chapman's Peak and all the way around to Simonstown.



There is just so much to do in Cape Town and although we both love Jozi very much we are starting to think about the quality of life at the foot of the mountain.........





While we were there we also celebrated Fabio's (early) 2nd Birthday.  It was such a blessing that Sasha and Donovan agreed to have his party while we were there.........so this lucky boy will have 2 b'day celebrations this year as his real b'day is only n the 20th May.  Vovo and 'Pa Don had so much fun with him........he is truly a pleasure!  Such a happy and healthy little boy.  Love him to bits.........even when he calls me 'Rene' instead of Vovo!  So cute!
